Still have a question? Tell us what’s on your mind.
Ask us on WhatsAppWhat does a public adjuster do?
A public adjuster represents the property owner during an insurance claim. We help inspect and document the damage, prepare the claim, communicate with the insurer and negotiate payment.
How much does the inspection cost?
The complete property inspection and initial consultation are free. We serve properties throughout Florida, with no location-based condition on the free inspection.
When do I pay for your services?
We work on a contingency basis, with no upfront fees. If we do not recover money, you do not owe us a fee. We discuss the applicable fee with you from the first call, and it is set out in your agreement.
Can you help with a denied or underpaid claim?
We can review an existing claim, including one that was denied or paid below what you believe the damage requires. Whether further action is available depends on the policy, facts and applicable deadlines.
What should I have ready?
A copy of your insurance policy is the best place to start. Be ready to tell us where the property is, what happened and approximately when the damage occurred.
Do you repair the property or sell insurance?
We manage property insurance claims. We do not sell insurance or carry out repairs. We can recommend contractors; the contractor you choose is responsible for their work and guarantees.
How long will my claim take?
There is no single timeline for every claim. We discuss your particular circumstances and the process with you directly, rather than promise a fixed completion date.
